1. Data controller

2. What data we collect
- Contact form: name, company, email, phone (optional), country, service of interest and your message.
- Browsing data: pages visited, device, and where the visit came from (for example, an ad or campaign), through the cookies listed below.
3. Why we use it and on what legal basis
- To answer inquiries and prepare proposals, at your request (pre-contractual steps).
- To measure site usage and ad performance, only with consent where the law requires it.
We do not sell personal data or use it for automated decisions with legal effects.
4. Who we share it with
Service providers that work on our behalf: HubSpot (contact management), Google (Analytics and Ads), Meta (ad measurement), Microsoft (Clarity) and Cloudflare (hosting). Some are based in the United States; transfers rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
5. How long we keep it
Contact data, for the duration of the business relationship and up to 3 years after the last contact. Browsing data, for the lifetime of each cookie.
6. Your rights
You can access, correct, delete or object to the processing of your data, and request its portability or the restriction of processing, by writing to contacto@globalclv.com.
- Argentina: the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP) is the supervisory authority under Law 25,326.
- Spain and the EU: you may file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
- United States: residents of states with their own privacy laws (such as California) can exercise the rights those laws grant through the same channel.
7. Cookies
Necessary cookies are always on. Analytics and advertising cookies are only enabled with consent for visitors from the EU; in other countries they are on by default and can be declined. You can change your choice at any time incookie preferences.
